狩野の公開メモ

小佐古敏荘さんという東京大学の教授が、泣きながら記者会見した。この映像を見た人は「なんかヤバいことが起こっているんだろうな」と感じたに違いない。官邸はこれに「守秘義務があるから」とかぶせた。情報を管理しようとしたものと思われる。

論理的な議論と泣き声では、泣き声の方がよく伝わる。もっと伝わりがいいのは叫び声だったろう。官邸は「守秘義務」と主張したことで、いくつかの重要なメッセージを発信した。もし結論に自信があるのであれば、守秘義務を主張する必要はなかったはずだ。堂々と議論すればいいのである。しゃべるなということは、つまり、彼らが最初からある結論を持っていて、会議の構成員を選んだことを傍証する。多分、厳しい基準を選ぶと補償範囲が膨大に広がるのだろう。
